2. A Heat Project assessor will visit your property to conduct the EPC assessment
3. The findings of your EPC assessment will be presented to you as an official Energy Perfomance Certificate, outlining your property´s current energy performance rating and how you can improve it
4. PLUS as an added service, Enact will help you action the EPCs advice to improve your home’s efficiency
