The current recommended industry standard requires a minimum of 250mm (approx 10") of loft insulation to be fitted. Through the Green Project you are eligible for an insulation grant if your home has up to 150mm (approx 6").

Our specially negotiated prices include the lagging of all cold water tanks and pipes in the loft and insulating and draft proofing your loft hatch.

The insulation used by the Green Project is a glass or mineral fibre material. The mineral wool insulation material is fully approved and non-hazardous to your health.

Please note that the grants available apply to insulation laid on the floor of the loft and do not apply to any insulation that may be required under the tiles/slates. Also, the insulation that we install under our scheme is not suitable for converted loft areas or where boards cover over 20% of the floor space.
