Refer A Friend £5 M&S Voucher Offer Terms & Conditions:

This offer is operated by Enact Energy Management Limited (4699209) (“Enact”) as part of of the Heat Project (“Heat Project”).

1. The offer is for one £5 Marks and Spencer PLC (“M&S”) voucher payable pursuant to these terms
2. The Referrer must be an existing Heat Project customer (“Existing Customer”)
3. A successful referral must result in a new customer friend or family member  of that Existing Customer applying to the Heat Project for an insulation measure between the 16th November 2009 and the 23rd December 2009 (“New Customer”), and the New Customer having insulation installed in their property as a direct result of the application pursuant to the Heat Project (“Completed Installation”)
4. The £5 voucher is payable to the Existing Customer upon Completed  Installation
5. Offer is restricted to Existing Customers and New Customers who are residents in mainland Great Britain only
6. Offer available from 16th November 2009 up to and including the 23rd December 2009 and is subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice at the entire discretion of Enact
7. Applications submitted before the 16th November or after the 23rd December will not qualify for this offer
8. The New Customer must have a satisfactory suitability assessment in respect of their property prior to Completed Installation
9. The New Customer must obtain any consents required (e.g. landlord´s) and must be 18 years or over
10. No purchase necessary. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available

New Customer £15 M&S Voucher Offer Terms & Conditions:

This offer is operated by Enact Energy Management Limited (4699209) (“Enact”) on behalf of the Heat Project (“Heat Project”).

1. The offer is for one £15 M&S voucher payable pursuant to these terms
2. A new customer is a customer that has never had an assessment carried out on their property pursuant to the Heat Project for insulation measures (“New Customer”)
3. New Customer must apply to the Heat Project for an insulation measure between the 16th November 2009 up to and including the 23rd December 2009, and has insulation installed as a result of that application (“Completed Installation”)
4. The £15 voucher is payable to the New Customer upon Completion Installation
5. Offer is restricted to New Customers who are residents in the mainland Great Britain only
6. Offer available from 16th November 2009 up to and including the 23rd December 2009 and is subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice at the entire discretion of Enact
