Why do I need an EPC?

An EPC is a legal requirement for all home sellers and landlords, but also an invaluable record of your property’s current energy efficiency and how much it could be improved by undertaking a range of recommended energy efficiency measures (which  naturally we can help you install!).

So, if you are building, buying, renting or selling a home you need an EPC certificate by law.

The EPC provides ´A´ to ´G´ ratings for the building, with ´A´ being the most energy efficient and ´G´ being the least.
